🔄 Exchange Policy

You can exchange any product within 48 Hours, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, please email us a screenshot of your order details at business@voltonlifestyle.com. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for the item.
We do not offer monetary refunds.


↩️ Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered, or
  
• Manufacturing defect
  

To report an issue, please email us at business@voltonlifestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the problem. Once verified, we’ll process your return or provide an exchange for the same product as originally ordered.

Things to Note:
1. Products returned without approval or beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. ⁠Returns due to size issues, change of mind, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds — only exchanges are allowed.

3. ⁠Please note that a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 90/- will be deducted from the refund amount in the case of either exchange or return.

4. ⁠The final approval for return or exchange lies with Team Volton, and the request will be taken into consideration post due diligence.
