🔄 Exchange Policy
You can exchange any product within 48 Hours, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
To initiate an exchange, please email us a screenshot of your order details at business@voltonlifestyle.com. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for the item.
We do not offer monetary refunds. You can:
🚫 Note: Products purchased from the “SALE” section are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Used and will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the case of:
- Wrong products delivered, or
- Manufacturing defects
To report a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery at business@voltonlifestyle.com, along with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll process your return or offer an exchange for a product of equal value.
Please note: Products returned without approval or beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.
Returns due to size issues, change of mind, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds — only exchanges are allowed.
Please note that a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 90/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
🛠 Defective or Damaged Products
You can exchange any product within 48 hours of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

You are eligible to:
- Exchange the product for a different size or;
- Exchange the product in case of a manufacturing defect with the same item
- Please note that a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 90/- will be charged in case of any eligible exchange via prepaid option.
